All you have to do is show up and we’ll do the thinking for you! What works for one person might not work for another. Our trainers and dietitian continually devote time to continuing diabetes and kinesiology education. We build customized workouts and nutrition guidance for each and every member based on age, mobility, lifestyle, and health conditions like diabetes and PCOS.

Community

It’s great having an accountability coach. But, also having a peer-to-peer support system who understands you can be life changing for your physical, mental, and social health! You’ll see them every week during sessions, and every season, when we get together as a team to build new, empowering memories.

Accessible

You know your body best, we have the knowledge, and have done the market research to develop an effective and affordable wellness program with you. Personal training with us is high quality, yet more affordable compared to the traditional model. We even have options to get some of your training covered by qualifying health insurance plans!

    Show up online from the comfort of home. We’ll guide you through customized workouts with our personal trainers who understand diabetes and other endocrine conditions. You’ll also meet with our dietitian who will help you achieve goals while eating the foods you love!

  • Coach Christina and her team have helped people with issues as difficult as being wheel chair bound and breathing from an oxygen tank, to as easy as having no medical issues. No matter what you’re facing, you deserve to have support too!

  • Having pre-diabetes means your body has started a lifelong progression of resisting insulin. Simply taking out bread is not enough and will end with you feeling really discouraged. We’ve seen, through hundreds of success stories, that fully engaging in a supportive exercise, nutrition, and blood sugar management plan has the best outcomes towards preventing diabetes.

  • Coach Christina and Lead Dietitian, Kelsie, both live with type 1 diabetes and understand the nuances. They also do continuing education on exercise, nutrition, and T1D. You’re in good hands. :)

  • Coach Christina and Coach Debbie have a combined 20 years of experience working with adults in person and online. Through the accredited Functional Movement Screen you’ll do on day 1, they’ll never ask you to perform an exercise you can’t do safely and they’re very skilled at making sure you have proper form.

  • You don’t need any equipment to workout! Anything you do have will enhance your experience by giving you more options. Check out our Home Gym Shop for guidance.

  • Most dietitian services, if not all, may be covered by your insurance! Personal training with us is more affordable than anywhere else at $45-$55 per session depending on how many times per week you are training. We’re able to charge less because of our semi-private model!

  • Nope! You can cancel anytime completely on your own. No hard feelings. Although, we’re pretty confident you’ll love it here and won’t want to go!

    Instructions on How to Cancel

  • Most of your workouts will be completed live, on Zoom, in a small group environment. If you live near Orlando Florida, Coach Christina and Coach Debbie will meet with you monthly for in person sessions.

  • We offer session times as early as 6:15 AM EST and as late as 6 PM EST. Anytime a client’s schedule makes it impossible for them to make a scheduled time slot, we take new requests into consideration. We never want time to be why someone can’t show up for their workouts.

  • One of the best parts about working out virtually is that we love working out while traveling! You can workout straight from your hotel room with no equipment. And if you’re travel plans won’t allow for working out, you can makeup the missed sessions when you come back!
