The biggest minority group we have is people who are actually, whole heartedly, happy with what they do every day and inspire others to do the same. In this talk, Christina uses speaking, the art of dance, and music to help audience members unlock their personal Step One in finding purpose, perspective, and ways to change the world within the work they do and lives they currently lead. • More than ever before, there is a stifling level of mistrust between adults, health care professionals, and insurance companies. On top of that, so many HCPs are experiencing burnout and are not actually whole heartedly happy with the work they do each day. In this talk, Christina uses her experience from a patient perspective to address the issue she calls the “trust gap”. The ultimate goal of this talk is to help both HCP’s and their patients to work together as a team, leading to deeper connections with patients, improving patient health outcomes, improving team culture, and utilizing tools that make their jobs challenging in today’s world.

    Christina helps teams to:

    1. Gain a deeper understanding of the patient chronic illness experience

    2. Learn relevant and useful ways to increase HCP to patient trust and team building

    3. Understand the importance of discovering their ‘why’ and how it will impact their relationships with other members of their team, their patients, and themselves

    4. How to implement realistic and actionable steps to overcome today’s healthcare challenges
