Step 1: Quick Chat
Your trainer, Christina, will call you really quickly to make sure it’s the right fit, and so she can design a plan just for you, your goals, and your diabetes if you have type 1 or type 2!
Step 2: Rookie Training
For your first month, ease into the routine of your specialized plan, solo workouts, semi-private sessions with other members, yoga classes, and nutrition program.
Step 3: Live an Active Life
After your first month, we officially call you an Everyday Athlete! Training becomes fun and you’re welcome to join upcoming fun challenges you never thought you could conquer before.
Step 4: Thrive with Your Fitness Fam
Every other month, members and their families all hangout together to share laughs, pain, happy tears, and whacky moments like the Halloween costume event above!
What Your Program Comes with
Training for
YOUR Skill Level.
Yoga classes to improve mobility, individualized in-person one-on-one training, AND virtual semi-private training from home or wherever you are in the world, with up to 2 other members
Monthly Motivation.
Monthly private calls dedicated to checking in, setting goals, discussing nutrition, *blood sugar support & exercise education for diabetics, and talking about life or anything else that’s important to you

Member Meet Ups.
Friendly challenges, group fitness classes, and fun meet ups with others who are striving for wellness and success just like you. *If you have diabetes, this is an opportunity to meet other active diabetics.
Types of Programs
Believe
$51 per session
Workout with your coach and team once each week. Program includes all monthly calls, nutrition guidance, meetups, and everything else listed above!
Achieve (Most Popular)
$38 per session
Most Everyday Athletes are enrolled in this program to complete 2 well balanced workouts each week, the nationally recommended health guideline for adults. They also experience results in half the time as those training once each week. All other benefits listed above are included in this program.
Maintain
$75 add-on per month
Includes all program components plus 2 a-la-carte items of your choice each month between an Active Recovery class, yoga class, or additional personal training sessions.
About Your Coach
Christina Martin
To everyone else on the outside, Christina’s childhood and early adulthood looked pretty normal. But on the inside, from the time she was 13 years old, she battled Type 1 diabetes, feeling very alone and misunderstood, and at times, hopeless about achieving our societal standards of success. Today, Christina is an American Ninja Warrior, Executive Director of Type Zero Foundation, strength coach, and motivational speaker. She’s learned through some of the most difficult challenges that success, connection, and fulfillment are always possible, the path just might look different than what we originally may think.
